Multiple virtual interview rounds. Started with the recruiter, then hiring manager, then a panel consisting of potential colleagues and other managers that spanned multiple days. After the last interview, the recruiter called to provide feedback.

Interview process is great at AWS. It follows the Leadership principals. There are 3 rounds normally. 1st phone screen, 2nd as well. The 3rd is interview with 5-6 different people.
