The process takes too long, involving three video calls and a test at the beginning. If you aren’t accepted, they don’t inform you, leaving candidates unaware of their status, which is frustrating.

They asked me to explain a technical project I had worked on and how I solved challenges during development. I explained my approach, the tools I used, and how I handled problems step by step.

Screening, didnt get past it, I think the difficulty of question was too high for my role and level of education. Looked like interviewer wanted to just reject me without rejecting.
