Leadership principles are very important. Leetcode and system design questions. Good idea about data structures and algorithms and ML concepts and implementations, and optimizations. Leetcode Medium and Hard. 3 rounds single day back to back interviews.

After I applied for the role, they send me an online assessment. The next stage was a phone interview, followed with an in person interview. I would say the the first assessment was the most difficult part of these.

Asked HR related questions and it was about my purpose of my application, my experience and code languages. Also talked about location, salary, benefits. Asked about my visa which status which became the red flag.
