I may say that it was the most laid-back interview I've ever attended. It wasn't anything like interview (read: interrogation), in fact more like a discussion. I applied the position in January but only to be called for a face-to-face meeting in April. The recruiter sent me a link to complete online assessments of verbal, maths and personality tests. I even had to answer a short essay during the interview session (how do you foresee your career development in 5 years with AmBank). I am glad that there was only ONE interview session, together with the recruiter and the hiring manager. In my personal view, majority of the employer should implement the similar modus operandi - less hassle to invite candidates to a series of interview session. Overall, the experience was delightful for a graduate fresh off the campus like me. I enjoyed the discussion and the feedback. And yes, pls prepare a list of questions to ask them, literally on a paper. Thank you for the opportunity!!

The interviewers asked both technical and behavioral questions to assess my knowledge and suitability for the role.
