First round: quick chat Second round: behavioral & background/fit interview Third round: live case interview Fourth & Fifth round: 2 day case presentation, you get the case during a call, then 12 hours later you talk to the consultant they matched you with to double check everything then after 24 hours you present in front of 7-9 people. Honestly this process sucks because there is absolutely no feedback and they make you go through so many rounds, it lacks clarity and direction, and when you ask for feedback (over 5 times) you get ghosted. Not worth your time and they also have a real diversity issue within their team, at least back when I was applying it seemed to be the same profiles who got hired.

First round about background, second is behavioral, third is a live case study (typical consulting case) for about an hour discussing the case (conversation mainly), final is a case presentation in two rounds
