Online answering of questions which are anonymised. Then ranked on these and shortlisted. Short teams call with two members of team reviewing CV. Asking role relevant questions. Took a while to get feedback post rejection.
Friendly interviewers. Questions relevant to role and experience. Didn’t get job due to lack of experience in that role. Also took a long time to get feedback - had to chase up twice

Situational judgement and interview, answering questions based on previous experience and dealing with disgruntled customers. It was through video and last around an hour. It was a quite relaxed interview and stuck to standardised questions.
