Applied through LinkedIn. Was contacted within minutes and offered an interview. Went to the office (bleak, industrial, but I think they are new) and found 17 others had been asked to arrive at the same time. We all filled out forms and waited in reception, chatting with the incredibly friendly staff. One by one, the candidates were called into a side room and interviewed in about 10 minutes. After 45 minutes, myself and another candidate were called to meet the CEO in his office, away from the reception - we had no idea what was going on! Turns out we were being considered for a slightly different position (we were only told that it was to be more of a managerial role). After a joint interview with both of us, the next stage was explained to us: we would be contacted in the next few hours and told whether we would be invited to come to an open day at the office, and then we would either be offered a position or not. Almost a month later, and never heard anything from them.
