Too many steps. 20/20 presentation was so unnecessary and lengthy just for them to go with the other candidate. Feedback for 20/20 presentation was rude. They really want you to grovel for the job

Interview process was very thorough and overall quite enjoyable. I got to speak to several regional managers and the director before having a final interview in person with presentations and Q&A
