The interview process usually consist of some basic math and personality questions.
The work culture is tough to deal with as a manager because your authority is constantly being undermined. Hourly employees often have more authority than the managers.

They are looking for someone that is willing to work all hours of the day and night. Several of the questions are geared to seeing if you are willing to work the hours and days that the job will require.

Entrevista
Two phone interviews were facilitated, followed by two in-person interviews. Initial interviews were done with leadership positions and subsequent interviews were done with core team members in specif work groups.
