Entrevista
I applied at the end of January 2015, and got an offer mid March. First Skype interview about my recent experience, the types of projects I worked on and my role on the projects. Second Skype interview: technical test. I've been given requirements, then 45 minutes offline to implement them, then brief high level discussion on what I had done. Third Skype interview with HR representative and development manager about motivations and expected salary.

Entrevista
They apply a written exam on linux, java and sql or a separate one for C++. They are asking for very experienced developer, but they don't really have any coding positions! They are looking for level 2 support, with only a very small percentage of programming. Not worth it if you want a career in development.
