I have joined as a fresher at Amdocs and the hiring process is simple and precise. First will have a written test. This is the most critical part,once you are through this then almost 80% job is done. Written will have around 95 questions and 120mins. Will consists of Apti-15, reasoning-15, java/C/C++ -25, SQL-20, Unix-20. After Written will have a technical round. Here i was asked about the Academic project, Java, SQL, Unix(only few basic commands).
