Entrevista
- One video interview (self-record, no people in front) with written questions
- One technical test (logical, etc)
- A lot of steps after (did not go that far)
After 2 "interviews" without any contact with Amdocs employee, I got told that they would keep going with other people with more "experience". How could they say that, as they had called me based on my CV, and then asked me to do 2 tests - based on no experience. In case you chose to give an explanation to the "no", please find an "accurate" and "logical" one.

Entrevista
The hiring process was very long. There was a phone interview + 5 separate interviews on 3 different days. It seemed as if they couldn't care less about your time. The questions were both fit type questions as well as case questions. All in all I got the feeling that they wanted to portray themselves as being really professional even though in the end they didn't even email me to say I didn't get in. How they have so much time to waste on hiring a analyst is beyond me.
