Initial interview was with the position's direct supervisor. Less formal format, more discussion on the role and introduction to some of the team. I believe this was used to determine whether I would fit with the culture. Second interview was with the director of the group, more formalized process with more of the standard interview questions.

Straight forward and based on technical, behavior and conflict management questions.
The process was phone screening Interview which was really basic and took 20-25 minutes. A week later I received a call for Face to Face Interview which lasted for 1 hrs. I received the offer, signed up the paper but demob took longer than expected.

Hiring process was a two part phone interview with HR and a in-person interview with hiring manager. Took about 30 days from start to finish. Very professional interviewers and fairly standard questions. Good company
