Firstly it was open walk-in for fresher and as well as experience. First round was G.D and the topic was "Demonetisation". Me including one girl out of 9 members were selected for the next round. Next round was normal H.R on that very day. Then they gave me some documents to study and to be prepared from that: Topic:- Memory Structure, Database Structure After 4 days, my 2nd round was scheduled. This round was totally from the documents they had sent and just to check that whether the candidates have the quick learning ability or not. One round only conducted. After that, I got mail and my next interview was scheduled on next week. 3rd round was M.R and 4th round was T.R... In T.R, they asked about linux/unix, project, programming languages... Out of 7-8 members, I was the only one who got selected. Fortunate enough but unfortunate lately.. Again on that very day , one more technical round(5th round) was conducted just to assure that the candidate is flexible in various programing languages or not. Then 10 days later I got one more mail regarding final face to face interview. So technically 6th round of interview was taken and that was T.R. Related to project, app server, web language. Then finally I was asked to give the final round of interview with the Application Administrator of IPSOFT global services who was working for more than 5 years. He taken the round as H.R and told me to wait for the mail... Till today I haven't got the mail or message from them. So this is IPSOFT, be aware.
