The process was relatively easy. Just be able to explain the basics/types of declassification and provide examples of times you used research. Make it known that you will be able to obtain a clearance if you do not already have one. Be aware that the clearance process takes time and you may not be able to start for several months.

Went right to project manager, no recruiter or screening phone call. Interview was alright, sounded rushed on their end. Seemed to want the applicant to get more info on their work rather than hear from the applicant themselves.

Very short and to the point, went through the on-boarding process, etc. I took the job, but what was not communicated was that I would not start or be paid until after completion of TS/SCI.
