      4 step process: 1. initial interview/pre-screen 2. second interview 3. sit in shadow shift 4. final interview To me this feels like overkill.... I think after the sit in, The offer should be made because theres another "interview" in that sit in so why drag out the process.

      The interview process consisted of a phone screening and then a in office visit called a pit sit. This is where you shadow a few employees to get a high level overview of the day to day role. My experience was pleasant.

      Entrevista

      Applied and online and received a call within 72 hours for a phone screen. Phone screen went over my background in recruiting and HR, discussed the role, client, salary, and allowed me to ask a few questions. It was very informative. Within 2 days I had another interview with the Account Manager. Similar to the phone screen but more in depth on my background. I was immediately invited to a 3rd on-site interview called the “pit sit”. This was my favorite interview of all and I think the “pit sit” is a great way for the candidate to also interview the company! I sat with the Account Manager, a Senior Recruiter, a National Business Director, and one other senior Director. Lots of questions about my background (both professional and education), several behavioral questions. The best part was being asked “we have “x” problem here, if I told you I need a candidate on my desk in 24hrs, what would you do? I hate behavioral questions because sometimes they’re irrelevant to what I may experience in your organization. Being provided an ACTUAL company scenario and being asked to solve it was EXACTLY what I was looking for in an interview. It allowed me to prove I belong here! I’d recommend this interview process to anyone. This is a company where your effort is your success to determine; the interview mirrors that theory. Come in an participate in the process and you’ll be rewarded!
