Simple enough, 3 steps process starting with phone, manager interview, and then pit sit where you shadow another field support. Pit sit is used typically to see how well you blend with the team.

Was recruited by a staffing agency and was hired questions were easy and hiring manager were nice. Hiring process was a positive from initial Interview to offer. The only thing i did not care for is as a contractor you don't accrue a bunch of PTO but alot of contract positions are like that.
