I had three separate interviews. Two were virtual and one in person. I also went in for a "pit sit" to meet with the team. My suggestion is to dont even bother wasting your time. The interviews are conducted in a way that doesnt assess your skills. You're basically being put on the spot to remember a specific example to whatever asinine behavioral question they ask. I didnt know if they were looking for a recruiter or a storyteller. "Do you love to win or hate to lose" was a question I was asked in one interview. In hindsight, I should've jumped ship after that. Even more odd was that my last interview was with their Regional Vice President despite it being a supposedly entry level role.

First interview is simple as long as you prepare a little bit and the second interview you’ll need to prepare more just be prepared for more people to interview you!

While the interview process is theoretically satisfactory, communication and my personal experience were lacking, which made the process frustrating and reflected an unfavorable image of the workplace environment and management. Three scheduled interview times were canceled and rescheduled last minute by the Director, prolonging the process only to receive a turn down. Fortunately, I did not invest all my hopes in this opportunity. Based on this experience, I would have declined the offer regardless.
