It was very straight forward. I had several phone calls with current supervisors and an information packet. They spoke to me about the living situation and asked if I was willing to relocate, do manual labor, and work within a team. They also told me about the area I would be living in and asked questions about what I was looking for in a year of service.

First interview was with the Program Coordinator, to be accepted into the program. After reviewing the site options, the second interview was with the Site Supervisor. You can do multiple Site interviews.
