First I filled out an application online, after receiving a call I went in and I had to fill out a paper application. After that was the interview process. They asked me several questions with different scenarios and a few questions regarding my knowledge as an optician.

As long as you can answer yes or no questions, you are hired. I’m sure even if you couldn’t answer yes or no questions, you’d still be hired. It’s an easy process and they are usually extremely short staffed with a high turnover rate so they are always desperate for people.

First interview is with the two assistant managers, individually. If they both agree you would be a good candidate, you will be called in for a second interview with the store manager.
