I was contacted by a recruiter to setup a phone interview. The next day I had a call with one of their HR recruiters. The phone screen was not technical at all, generally questions about my background, my goals and what the company does and how they do it. The next day I got scheduled for a technical interview on Google hangouts. There was 3 engineers on the call. They asked me some more stuff about my background, why I am changing jobs and such, then we started the technical questions. they sent me a link to a github repo, to clone and fix the some issues in the code. Mainly it was a html page that I had to fix its CSS, which they didn't even give me enough time to do so, during so, one of the engineers was muting his mic, and disrespectfully laughing and giggling, like I can't see him! and this was like in the first 15min, I got so frustrated but didn't want to want to be rude either. We moved on to the next problem which was an easy Javascript/JQuery styling event, I solved this one and that was it. Never heard back from them but I didn't want to move forward either., Good thing i didn't bother taking day off from work and going over there it wouldve been a NO NO either way.
