It is online interview. You only get to answer some fixed questions. It was less than 20 min. everything went smoothly. you don't deal with human. It was just a recorded questions .

Nobody communicated with me much on arrival. I was put into a classroom for 30 minutes to wait for my interviewer despite arriving on time. Asked to do a demo lesson for 45 minutes with an interviewer and 2 “volunteer” Vietnamese teachers playing the role of students. All 3 spent the whole demo lesson with their phones on the table scrolling through Facebook. They showed each other funny videos, laughed, whispered when my back was turned to the board. The interviewer not only didn’t stop it, she was involved. When I asked “the class” a question, I frequently had to wait for them to look up from their phones to notice. I may as well have not been there. Total waste of my time. Never had an interview like it. Why would a company just demonstrate so blatantly their treatment of staff at early interview stage? Totally unprofessional and rude. I almost walked out after deciding I didn’t want to work there 10 minutes in. However, decided to stay calm and professional and see it through for practice and hear what they had to say. Interviewer surprisingly said my lesson was good, though did not let me get a word in at all. When I did, she ignored me and carried on talking. Transferred me to HR who told me I had a job on the spot. Applied for Full Time role, they offered me 3 hours substitute work with no official contract or info about the classes except their age (which was young children at an external public school when we had discussed adult classes at the AMA centre...). No help with work permit. $16 pay after tax. I should have listened to the negative reviews. From 1 interview I can already see how they treat their staff. Don’t bother wasting your time like I did.
