The interview process has several steps, but these appear to be typical for all of the airlines these days. The first step was the online application. This was followed by a video interview. The video interview was a little awkward because I was not interacting with a person. Take a moment and make sure that your sound levels are good on your computer before proceeding. You will be played a series of recorded questions. The instructions tell you to have a pen and paper handy. One of the questions is a description of an event, and you have to relay it back with as much detail as possible. Then I received an email asking me to complete my online application. I was then invited to DFW for an interview. At the group interview, they seemed to have many more people than they expected. I thought this odd, as they had invited us all and flown us there. By the way, you will be expected to pay for your own lodging. As they were signing us in, we were handed a clipboard and asked to answer an essay question (Of all the places in the world, where would you most like to go and why?). There is a lot going on in the room and you don't have a table to write on. Just the clipboard and your lap. Then we went into a larger room and broke down into tables of 4-5. There were a couple of group activities. This was followed by small group interviews of about 8 people. You will be asked to tell them something that you have learned about one of the other people in that group.
