Many assessment tests have to be taken; most are not related to the position. it tests the logical thinking, math, physics, logic. also, words meaning and critical thinking. after you pass theses tests, you will move forward to in person interview with a panel of 3 interviewers and you will be asked about your work experience at that point.

You have to pass the practical test to take an interview. It was a simple practical about multimeters (voltage, continuity,.), resister, schematic reading, simple knowledge about
symbol, safety wire, reading chart, and some knowledge.
