the whole process felt very unorganised as I had to be interviewed at one side of the main head office. The process was fairly simple but you could understand that they are very image oriented.

The interview started with groups of 5 standing in front of the managers and PR explaining what we do, where we went to school, general information. We were then asked to explain what we like about the brand and why choose AA and explain in Japanese to test our language abilities. Nothing too complicated but just a test to see if we could accomplish work tasks in a multilingual environment. Everyone spoke one by one. Rather simple and positive experience overall.
