Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 6 meses. Fui entrevistado pela American Battle Monuments Commission (Paris) em nov. de 2019
Entrevista
Applied online, updated to "referred" status a month later, and conducted a phone interview a month after the status update. Completed the language test, and was left in the dark. I found out a month before getting the official notification of non-selection, from someone who works close to ABMC, that I did not get the job. Overall, communication was slow.

How comfortable would you be working away from any American services?

Entrevista
I was invited for an interview with a man who was in Arlington, Virginia, and a woman working for the agency from Paris. It was unclear who the job would respond to, as the french woman conducted the entire interview. The culture at this company was undesirable, they did not seem inclusive whatsoever: white men working as bosses, and women of minorities working as secretaries (or in my case, working as a clerk).
The interview lasted 10 minutes, as I decided on the spot not to move forward with this agency. The french interviewer's questions were trite, she was not professional and seemed "blasée".
I understood immediately that this job (set to last for a year) would be a waste of time and a terrible career choice, as I graduated a top tier college and have, since, been offered multiple jobs with better pay and in better companies.
In addition, the proposed salary bracket was poor, and I honestly feel sorry for the person who took the job and has to live on that income near the DMV/NoVa.

The process started with a 5 minute phone interview, to make sure you can speak English. Then a day was set for the personal interview with two/three personnel of the cemetery, including The Superintendent. Prior to the 3rd interview I was given some sites to go to to study and be ready to talk about them. This interview was to make believe I was conducting a group to show around the cemetery and answering possible guest's questions.

I had prepared a list of possible questions. Among all of them I was asked only one, that is: why do you want this job? Which really was not a difficult or unexpected question.
