Candidatura
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela American Cancer Society (Cincinnati, OH) em out. de 2012
Entrevista
I first had a phone interviewed, followed by two in person interviews. I met with my would be manager and the director of the division. They were very friendly and easy going and it was honestly a fun interview. I enjoyed talking with them.
Perguntas de entrevista [1]
Pergunta 1
They asked me to describe my strengths and weaknesses, pretty standard interview question.
I applied for the position through their website for a chapter near me. I was set up with a phone interview about a week after with an HR person that did not work at that chapter but in a different state. Most of the questions were behavioral questions and what you would do in the situation. I interviewed for a pipeline position which meant there wasn't a current opportunity open but they will contact me in a couple of months when one might open up.

Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela American Cancer Society (Blue Bell, PA) em out. de 2012
Entrevista
Initial phone interview then in-person interview, both entirely comprised of behavioral questions. Person I interviewed with gave me a tentative timeline and assured me that I would hear from him either way. I did not hear back and did not receive a response to my follow-up email. I'm sure he is quite busy but a form email indicating they were pursuing another candidate would have set him back about ten seconds. Inexcusably rude. Don't have a very high opinion of this organization now.
