Fill out an online application for the position. Was contacted by an HR rep via email. And select day and time for a phone screen. I responded to the representative’s email with a day and time from the options she presented for me to select from for the phone screen. I gave the person the best contact number for me to be contacted. On the day of the phone screen no one called me. I reached back out to this Representative asking what happened and she did not apologize or offer an explanation as to why I set aside time for the interview and no one interviewed me. She just sent me another email with more dates and times. I decided that if the company and it’s Representatives are this unprofessional and unreliable I don’t want to work with them. Plus the original email was written in such a way that they didn’t think I was interested in the position anyway. They get a thumbs down.
