Entrevista
After completing the online application I received a phone call from the HR department to confirm my interest in the position and to give further information on the position and get some basic questions out of the way. By the end of the call, which took about 30 minutes depending on your questions, an in-person interview was scheduled within a couple of days.
The in-person interview was pretty comfortable. For the first 30-45 minutes I sat with a current employee to observe and ask any questions. This was nice to get an idea of what a typical day looked like. Afterwards, I then met with my interviewer for another 30-45 minutes.

Entrevista
Had a 30 min phone interview with a department director. She asked basic interview questions about experience, education, reasons for interest in the job, etc. and I was hired after one phone conversation. The interviewer was very warm, personable, and welcoming.

Entrevista
The Interview process consisted of an initial phone call, followed by a 45 minute phone interview, and then an in house interview with the hiring manager. The in house interview also included a tour of the call center, a side-by-side with an existing employee and the interview itself. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and clear about the day to day of the job.

Easy interview process. Shadowed an employee for about 30 minutes then went into a interview with the hiring manager. Total of 9 situational questions. Use the STAR method to answer the questions.
