The first interview is a telephone interview. This was fairly lengthy and the questions were more factual than personal. The second step was a combination of one on one and group face to face interviews. I met with the Director of the market, of the department and someone from the administrative staff. This made for a lengthy afternoon of questions that were fairly standard p- if not old school. The process from application, to face to face, to hiring took nearly 3 months.
