2 interview dates, interviewed with direct boss on phone first then met with her and her boss in person. Dress in your Sunday best as the managers do as well. Talk about organization skills, event planning, speaking engagements, trade shows, communication skills, working on the fly, marketing skills. Decent health care benefits - get them quick and use them since you won't be there long. Within 6 months of my hire date, 4 of the 5 that were there when I was hired were gone.

Entrevista
The interview was long - it lasted a full hour. The questions were abstract and many of them were situational questions that seemed completely unrelated to the position. Many of the questions were also open-ended, prompting you to give an examples of how you respond to different instances. It was extremely vague and some of the questions were unclear.
