Fairly standard interview process. Initial screening with recruiter, phone screen with hiring manager, and a final panel interview. I was also asked to complete an exercise with a task similar to what would be expected in the role. The process was fairly quick and there was good communication throughout the process.

Ghosted after what I thought was a really successful interview. I had an video interview with a recruiter that was supposed to last an hour, but we spent over 90 minutes on the call. Of course, I thought this was a good sign, especially when the recruiter told me she wanted to keep the line of communication open if I got other offers so that she could advocate for me with the hiring manager. I was told I would hear from the hiring manager within a few days - crickets. I followed up with the recruiter - crickets.
