One of the phone interviews was scheduled to be with a hiring personnel however I was called by another employee and calls and messages were left by hiring personnel during on why I wasn’t available as planned. This was highly confusing and the person I was speaking with stated it was ok and when mentioned later to the hiring manager she said she had forgotten someone else would be conducting the interview. The final interview was on-site which consisted of 10 employees firing off questions for 2-3 hours. This did not feel like a balanced discussion but an interrogation. I requested feedback once I did not hear back but was ignored. I came to learn that a new graduate was hired despite someone qualified to meet the requirement of multiple years of experience listed on the ad in addition to a degree.
