They offered me $39,000 only, so I do plan on negotiating my salary. Two rounds of interviews that were friendly and engaging. The program is what’s most appealing for travel purposes.

I had one phone interview that focused on my experience related to the position and in the countries I'd work in. I was also asked how I would deal with the challenges on the job. I then had a follow-up phone interview in Russian to check my language skills which was very short and informal.
