It was the worst phone screen I've ever had - the interviewer was late. They were calling from somewhere that was so loud it was distracting, they didn't even give an overview of the position. They asked one question, had sort of dead space, and then I asked some questions. When I stopped, there was the most awkward silence and the interviewer was "so, anything else?" When I asked about the salary range, and I gave mine, her response was "Well, this isn't it." It was enough that I'm reaching out to HR to describe my experience.
