I initially had a 30 minute phone interview which went well. It was hlaf questions about my previous experience and my pull factor to ADHR and then 2nd half was them telling me about the role. They scheduled my video interview for the next day which was a Saturday at 11 AM. Then at 11 AM they hop on and ask to reschedule to a later time and then even after all that they were still 15 minutes late to the new set time. The person I did my video interview with did it over his phone while he was driving which had the connection shaky and made it hard to hear clearly. The interviewer was also vaping all throughout the interview. The pay structure was a little suspicious as it is fully commissioned base.
