Entrevista
I picked up an application at a local store, filled it out, and submitted it. The store called me around three weeks later. It was a group interview, a total of eight applicants, including me. The interviewer asked us general questions but she allowed us to answer them only if we wanted to. This was more difficult to engage in than the traditional go-around-the-circle-and-everyone-answer. I tried to answer every question and go first to get her attention. The interviewer is looking for an outspoken person with a PERSONALITY. You need to stand out and have clear, precise examples to the questions she asks to show insight of who you are. Although the interview itself is casual and open, you have to engage in the conversation and really listen to the interviewer. They are looking for someone who can contribute to the store. I thought I wouldn't get the job because everyone else had several retail experience and were older. But exactly a week later, I got a call with a job offer.

-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
