Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 5 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela American Eagle Outfitters (Vancouver, BC) em nov. de 2011
Entrevista
We set up an interview on the spot when I dropped off my application. If this doesn't happen for you, I guarantee you that you are not going to get hired. When you drop off your application, ask for the hiring manager and do not let anyone else take your application (it ends up in a pile with the other 100 applications that were never given a second thought) bring your application back when the hiring manager will be in and talk to them directly. And don't bother unless they are currently hiring (they always accept applications though). From there the interview was pretty typical. They did say they would call back within 2 weeks if they were interested, but it took them over a month to contact my references after the interview.

The questions they asked were all standard interview questions:
Why would you like to work here? Describe a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer...etc.

-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
