I applied online and a week later they contacted me and asked me a few general questions like current work situation and education. They also asked me why did I choose american eagle and what were my favorite type of jeans from there. So afterwards they set a date for a interview to come into the store a few days later. I came in and it was a group interview. Very conversational style and the key thing is to stand out from the crowd. A few questions were...

-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

Easy interview with manager. We spoke outside about expectations. She was kind and understanding. I interviewed with a couple of people there too. Went over schedule etc. very straight forward and easy

It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
