We were 6 or 7 people interviewed at the same time in a room in the store. Everyone had applied online. The manager was also the hiring manager. She led us to the room, we sat down and then she told us the positions available.

Wasnt difficult, asked basic behavioral questions. Was really informal and in person, held the interview in the front of the store and was a bit awkward. But other than that the interview is very easy if you prepare correctly.

Entrevista
it was a very straightforward group interview with two managers. There were three other people being interviewed so I had to speak up and give unique and interesting enough answers to set myself apart from the rest of the candidates. After that, I received a call with the news that I got the job.
