For the first round, I met with the person who would be my direct supervisor. We mostly talked about what my schedule looked like, the specific department, and a little bit about the corporate environment. For the second round, I met with the heads of the department, who told me more about the specific job functions. Overall, the interviews went great but I had to call back because I hadn't heard from them in a month, but soon after the call, I received an e-mail saying I got the job. It was a pretty informal process, I'd say.
