To work at American Eagle, you first need to walk into the store, calm and friendly, and ask someone at the Cash and Wrap (where the registers are) if the store is hiring. They most likely are and will give you an application. Take the time to fill it out right in the store, and ask other employees who are working for some advice for hours and such. Turn it in with a smile on your face, crack a joke, and walk out. Be patient, as they may take a week or two to call you back. When they do, they'll probably ask you to come into the store a certain day. When you do, stay calm and have some humor. The managers want very sociable and relatable people, keep that in mind. Just answer questions honestly and try and have the best availability possible. If you do this you'll most likely get hired!
