Fiz uma entrevista na empresa American English College.
Entrevista
I was interviewed by the director and added to the school's sub-teacher list. When an opportunity came up, I spoke to a hiring rep about wage. Until this point, salary had not been fully settled. So I politely asked about it to the hiring rep. I brought up my six years of experience as an educator but still agreed to their basic rate. The hiring rep reacted by retracting the job offer just three days before it was going to start.
Salary can be a sensitive subject, but I think this rep was very reactionary and unprofessional. If you look at the job description online right now, it states that salary is dependent on experience and that there is a probation period before a guaranteed wage increase. Based on my interview experience, this is a blatant lie which the school uses to attract better, experienced teachers.
If you consider yourself a great teacher, you should not waste your time with this school. It seems that they don't care much about experience or expertise even though these should be high priority factors for any education institution. I was disappointed because I rejected other offers to do this job, but now I'm very glad to not be involved with this school.

Entrevista
I was contacted via email about 2 days after submitting an application online. I arranged a zoom interview for a few days later on a good day and time for my schedule. When we met I met with a director and the senior director. They were both very nice and asked me a lot of questions about my experience working overseas and online. They also asked some questions about common student concerns/ difficulties which was nice to hear.
