Easy interview process. Director described the job duties of a Licensed Senior Technologist with a supervisor's license. The job description was to do Manager/Supervisor duties while working the bench, but were unwilling to pay Senior Medical Technologist Salary for all the responsibilities of the role. When they asked my salary range, they said I was asking to much. I told them that was the least, I would accept because I was making that as a bench tech with no management responsibilities at a local hospital.
