I was invited to a Zoom interview with a recruiter who did not turn on their camera throughout the entire conversation. During the interview, I learned that this person was not an employee of American Express, but an external interviewer. I was told I would receive feedback within 24–48 hours, yet I never heard back. It has now been over two months with no response.
This lack of transparency and follow-up reflects a very poor candidate experience and shows a clear disregard for people’s time and effort.

Entrevista
The first interview is on the phone and the second interview was a group interview that was a little less than 3 hours long. The interview questions are all about customer service not banking or financing. The building is nice and the people seem nice but they really don't follow up after interviews. During the interview I was given positive feedback from the interviewers and recuriter. At the end of the interview I was told I would get a call on what they decided but I just got an automated email saying I was chosen. I sent a thank you email after my interview and asked for feedback but got no response. Was surprised only because during the interview they mentioned transparency was a big part of the company values. A friend of mine did the interview process as well but had the same outcome.
