The Interview process was pretty easy. I talked to someone on the phone and then once they decided to move forward with me, I met with a few managers of the company. After, I got a call a few days later letting me know I got the job.

Spoke to a recruiter she ask background questions on my resume, asked for examples of good customer interaction and a bad one, asked may availability, asked about my set up at home for remote position, ended telling me i would be contacted by AMEX but i never did.
