Background check (criminal history) and credit check (common process for banks) along with submission of previous W2's for proof of proven sales track record.

Entrevista
had a really positive interview experience with American Express for the Business Development Associate role. The interviewers were professional, engaging, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The questions were thoughtful and gave me a chance to truly express my strengths and passion for the role. It felt more like a conversation than an interrogation, which I really appreciated.

second round and third round, there are the zoom interview with the line manager and director
