I applied through a career fair and set up an interview. I went in for the interview and was asked a variety of different questions (mathematical, programming, etc), however it seemed that they were ultimately looking at my interpersonal skills and how I'd fit into the company culture. Immediately afterwards the recruiter set me up with a meeting with one of their higher-ups, where we discussed my interests in software development and how I would create certain products. A day later I received a phone call giving me the job offer. Overall a great experience with very knowledgeable and kind people.
