Entrevista
Very easy going interview. The process is just like in any other corporation, with background checks and different interviews through the levels (agency, leadership phone interview, leadership personal interview). The interviews with leadership are easy-going, where creativity and experience are going to be discussed.

Quick access to hiring manager, treated with respect re my time, my background, etc. Excellent followup on their side. Everyone I spoke with was smart, thoughtful in the questions they asked and timely in their followup,
