Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela American Express (Nova Deli) em abr. de 2015

Feels like DE JA VU . It was not the first time I felt the same. It was the third time I appeared for american express and yes the interview outcome part of this review, says it all. Well I hardly waited for 15 mins and the recruiter on the other side (On Telephone) was ready for the first chit chat, what they call as an HR round. I answered the questions which were all simple, that included my brief introduction and my work experience. Right after the call was over I was requested by the guy at the consultancy to wait for 10 mins for real thing i.e VNA. Once the VNA round started I made sure my voice needs to be subtle and of course I have to be grammatically correct. The main part I bugged up was my work experience where in I had to muggle up my real work experience as advised by my consultant. Also at the times I struggled with the CONTENT part where i was bombarded with ..."tell me about the weather difference between patna and Delhi" ? I was born in Patna and its been more than 13 years I got relocated to dehradun. I hardly remember much so had it been dehradun I had would have had ample of CONTENT to speak on. I scored 1.5 and they need 2.0 to crack the VNA round. And that was all.

There was a long interview process, jumping between four to five different people. and then a long background check process. Overall, the process ran pretty smoothly but was very long

Tell me a time you delt with an irrrate customer and how did you handle this.
Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.

I am located in Hong Kong. If you work in a Cha Chaan Teng, do you think politeness is important?
Friendly and casual; hiring leader was friendly and interview questions were pretty casual. There was a small case study to gauge your problem solving skills and impromptu mock call session.
